While I was doing this project I got some problems.
- I did not find the spectrum of an object.
To solve it I found another object which energy spectrum was available. An alternative way, would be to use Simbad to get the spectrum.
- I did not know how to get which element were in the spectrum.
My teacher recommends us a web to know the element that correspond to a specific energy. I didn't consider the layer the element was jumping on. I worked with the electrons jumping from layer 3 to layer 2 and this means that there is a room temperature.
- Doing the cepheid graph with excel, the program did not make the graphic.
It does not recognised the comas so I had to change them into dots.
- At first, I did not know how to interpret the scholar google results.
It was a matter of practice because I had never worked with it before.
- I did not find the information needed.
I search for the same items in the scholar google to see if somebody has writen or investigated about this.
- I did not know what to do in the Laboratory of Exoplanets of Harvard.
It is explained in the same page what you have to do and it helps you to do it.
